Charlotte serves our team by coaching and training our agents and by giving direction to our team business plan. After 40 years in real estate sales, Charlotte uses her experience to give sellers and buyers the best advice in the home sale process. After a 6 year career as a music teacher in the public school system, Charlotte began serving real estate clients in 1986. Charlotte holds the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) designations as well as the CSP (Certified Sales Professional) designation for the National Home Builders Association. Charlotte was voted “Most Professional” by her peers and has sales of nearly a Billion dollars in the Chattanooga and North Georgia area. Charlotte’s favorite role on the team is coaching the agents who want to have a team of their own and learn to scale their own businesses. Charlotte has been married 50 years to Steve Mabry and they have one son, Stephen whose family makes “Mimi and Papa” very proud.
