She found our new home and it was EXACTLY what we told her we wanted! She didn’t just throw a bunch of listings that were not what we were remotely interested in.
She held our hands throughout the entire process. She negotiated a lower price than we even expected.
She referred us to a local inspector for the home inspection, who was thorough and then handled the negotiations of some minor repairs.
Wendy provided us with a list of the Utilities and Internet providers to make that easy as well!
Wendy also recommended a mortgage lender. She and her team were amazing.
The only thing she didn’t do is come and help us unpack….LOL
